Class: Bivalvia. 3 specimens. 1 has both valves still connected at the hinge, 1 individual left and 1 individual right appear to go together as part of the same animal. The shell is small, white and brittle with visible concentric striae and visible growth markers. However the oval shape of the shell is distorted and irregular in some places with a visible dent in the centre of the valves. This species lives in holes or crevices in rocks from the ow intertidal zone to mid depths of approx. 200m.
