Class: Bivalvia. 9 specimens. 3 have both valves still connected. 6 left valves. Small and irregularly oval in shape with clear, concentric growth lines. Ranging in colour from whites to pinks. The pattern on these shells varied from spots speckles and lines to one solid colour. This species burrows into fine sands, silts and gravels and can be found in the intertidal zone and up to 200m on the continental shelf.
