Zoology
Class: Bivalvia. 3 very small specimens, likely juveniles. All 3 have both valves still connected to one another. Very long and thin, curved unlike Ensis siliqua and more so than Ensis arcuatus. Off white or pale brown in colour. These molluscs burrow into sands and often live in large groups. They can be found on sandy shores and the live animals are still harvested for food.
