Class: Gastropoda. 5 specimens. White and glossy cylindrical shell with a wide aperture stretching the length of the shell. The apex is more depressed than on other varieties of Retusa. This animal burrows into sand, mud and muddy sand and can be found in the lower intertidal zone around 50m.
