Collected during the Scuttling of the German Fleet by Alex Roberts from HMS Soverign. Associated with the German Naval personnel stationed in Scapa Flow at the time of the scuttling. Postcard addressed 'Dear Walter' and was written in Dresden. First line thanks him for his last two letters.
