Class: Bivalvia. 8 specimens. 6 have both valves still connected at the hinge. 1 individual right valve and 1 individual left valve which are likely from the same animal and we once connected. Small, thin and semi-translucent. Sub-circular in shape and varying in colours through whites and greys. Visible growth markers as well as fine concentric striae. Can be found in holes and crevices in old shells, barnacles and rocks in the lower shore areas to a depth of approx. 100m.
