Class: Bivalvia. 5 specimens. All specimens have both valves still attached. The shells are roughly teat drop shaped and have a recognisable blue colour, however 4 of these specimens are brown in colour, possible juveniles, with radiating linear bands in dark blue. The inner surface is iridescent and glossy. They can be found in large communities attached to rocks on most rocky shores.
