Original sepia photograph of James Scarth Foubister and his wife of Newbanks, Deerness standing outside an open door. Mr Foubister is on the left and is wearing a black cap, jacket with jumper and trousers. Mrs Foubister is wearing a long black coat with fur collar, black hat and is holding a muff. Mr Foubister made the tin fiddle, also on loan from the family.
