Ceramic beer tankard, with pewter lid. Lid inscribed " W Facharias 17 Dec. 1914. Ornate pattern on lid, slightly raised. Dogs head surrounded by Ivy foliage on top of handle. This is pressed down to open the lid. The body of the tankard is cream coloured ceramic with a blue glaze. It is decorated with 4 figures dancing and playing music. The slogan "Musik und Bier, Das ist mein Plasier" (music and beer that is my pleasure" is threaded through the dancing figures and foliage.
