Oblong dish (possibly for gravy boat). Part of the cargo of Black Ball line emigrant ship 'Albion' wrecked on Point of Oxen, Graemsay, 1/1/1866 en route to Liverpool - New York. Chests full of crockery were buried by islanders to avoid the exciseman.. This from a chest discovered in the Hallocks of Fulziegeo, c. 1955.
