Possibly made by the same woman who made the leggings (1991.L9). Similar five petal-flower motif. Floral design. Red and blue stroud tassel at point. Trimmed with long beaded fringe of red, white, turquoise and blue beads, with a looped end. These beads are strung onto sinew. Lined with brown velvet. Blue ribbon tip at edge.
