Beadwork band. Possibly used as a decoration on leggings, a collar or cuffs of a coat or dress. Could be a baby band or a garter, but there are no signs of any tiers, and it seems a little too long to be a garter. Black cloth edged with black binding. Binding is disintegrating slightly where the fibre is breaking down. The design of flowers and leaves is not symmetrical. The floral design is sewn to the cloth using white cotton thread. A double bead border is stitched alongside the binding. The colours are primarily pinks and blues (greasy) with some translucent coloured beads. The reverse of the band is made from a printed floral cloth.
